These terms govern use of the Aligned Physicians website. Read them; use of the site indicates acceptance.

By accessing or using the Aligned Physicians website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Continued use after these Terms are updated indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. About Aligned Physicians

"Aligned Physicians" refers to the physician-led network and the legal entity that operates it. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Aligned Physicians; "you" refers to anyone who uses the Site or submits information to it.

3. Eligibility and intended audience

The Site is intended for licensed or training physicians, particularly pediatricians and pediatric subspecialists, and for entities and individuals interacting with the network in a professional capacity. By submitting an application or otherwise representing professional credentials to us, you confirm that the credentials you provide are accurate to your knowledge.

The Site is not intended for use by minors and is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment to patients. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, medical, financial, or professional advice of any kind.

4. No professional advice

Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only. The Site does not constitute and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice — legal, medical, financial, or otherwise. Specifically:

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law;
• Submit malicious code, spam, or attempt to compromise Site security;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems;
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation;

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aligned Physicians, its officers, members, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aligned Physicians and its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, your submission of inaccurate or unlawful information, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Changes to the Site or these Terms

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
